Pizza 4Phường, a Vietnamese restaurant opened by a Japanese that serves…. Italian cuisine? This restaurant was highly raved about by my friends who had been to lớn Vietphái mạnh, with some telling me that I MUST drop by if I were to lớn visit Hanoi. Having tried lots of pizza straight from the cities of Italy, I thought to lớn myself, how good can this Pizza 4P be? But oh boy, never have I been so wrong in my life.

The modern restaurant sits right at the heart of the old quarter, with a huge glass window that draws people walking by khổng lồ peek inside. The restaurant is larger than it seems from the outside. Walking in, you will be welcomed with brichồng loft walls và even a second floor.

For the best experience, make reservations early & sit in front of the open kitchen, where there is a marble counter & two wood-burning ovens. Dine as you watch the chefs make the delicious pizzas from scratch, how interesting is that!

Pizza 4P. has a wonderful selection of Pizzas & Pastas, và I would not mind trying out everything on their thực đơn if I had the stomach space và money khổng lồ vì chưng so. Their online thực đơn does not indicate the price though, but expect a full pizza to cost around VND 250,000 – 300,000 và pastas around VND 140,000 – 2trăng tròn,000.

House-made Smoked Cheese Bolognese Spaghetti (VND 140,000)

I would say that pesto lớn pasta is an acquired taste, and I am not really a fan of it. My friends loved the Clam và Basil Sauce Spaghetti at Pizza 4P., stating that it was one of the best they had ever tried!

Mixed Pizza & Burrata VND(250,000-300,000 for one full pizza)

What I really loved about Pizza 4P is the option of the half and half pizza, where you are allowed to lớn choose 2 flavours on one pizza. I went with the Burrata Parma Ham Margherita as I couldn’t give sầu their Burrata a miss và their Saltháng Miso Cream as I was curious how the fusion of Japanese and Italian cuisine would be like.

Their fondant chocolate cake was not exactly mind blowing, but it was a good dessert to over off a satisfying meal!

For its quality, expect yourself to pay a bit more than the usual the street stalls in Hanoi but trust me, it is worth it! Their staff are extremely professional và can converse well in English, which made it easy for us to get a seat và order. Do remember to lớn make a reservation before heading down as their restaurant gets really busy during dinner time! You can make a reservation on their trang web which can be found below!
