Hotels in Vietnam don't weather well. Either from the climate, or poor initial construction, or poor preventive maintenance - it's better khổng lồ choose a relatively new hotel. The Phuoc My An Beach khách sạn was new when we stayed, everything worked, and everything was in good condition. Anything we needed was quickly dealt with. We stayed in one of the larger split-level rooms facing the front of the khách sạn with a large balcony. The room & bed were extremely comfortable and well laid-out. The bathroom was large và great with a separate tub và shower. People can make or break a travel experience, & the staff here were great. Accommodating và helpful. The khách sạn is located one block from a good part of My Khe beach. The view from the room is unobstructed for now, but not overlooking a very nice building site. The view will be lost as the area is built up. The hotel pool is nice và well kept, towels are provided poolside. A stand-out at this hotel is the excellent breakfast & the accommodating hostess. Great selection of Asian & 'westernish' choices, fresh omelettes etc. After a few weeks of travelling in the region I was needing a bit of comfort food. I asked the restaurant if they could vì some pasta for me they went out of their way khổng lồ accommodate. The result was this amazing dish in the photo. Well done. All in all an excellent stay with good value.…
